1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase authentication). When you use the Service, we collect the content of your conversations with the AI agent, which is stored to provide persistent memory and improve your experience. When you subscribe, payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, including AI-generated responses that build on your previous conversations. We use your email address to communicate account-related information, including subscription confirmations, password resets, and service updates. We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (application hosting). Conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party providers: Supabase for authentication and data storage (SOC 2 Type II certified, AES-256 encryption at rest), Stripe for payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant), Anthropic (Claude) for AI response generation, OpenAI for voice transcription and text embeddings, and Resend for transactional email. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the data they process. We only share the minimum data necessary for each provider to fulfill its function.
5. AI Model Training and Your Data
Your conversations are never used to train AI models. We access Anthropic and OpenAI exclusively through their commercial API channels, which are contractually prohibited from using customer inputs or outputs for model training. Anthropic automatically deletes API data within 7 days. OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only, after which it is deleted. Neither provider uses your data to improve, fine-tune, or train any AI model. This is a fundamental difference from consumer AI products (such as the free versions of ChatGPT or Claude), where user conversations may be used for model improvement by default.
6. Conversation Data
Your conversations with the AI agent are stored in your encrypted account to provide the persistent memory feature that allows the agent to reference your previous interactions and goals. Conversation content is not shared with other users, sold to third parties, or used for marketing purposes. Each user's data is isolated at the application level, ensuring no cross-user access to conversations, memory, or context.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After 90 days, you may request deletion of your data. Account deletion requests can be made by contacting Support@BravoTrainingGroup.com.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You have the right to export your conversation data. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To exercise these rights, contact Support@BravoTrainingGroup.com.
9. Cookies and Analytics
The Service uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
